This page lists all of the paper labels available from Label Planet. Each range is supplied on A4 sheets and is suitable for use with desktop printers or for handwriting. The table indicates the material, adhesive type, printer compatibility, and whether or not each range is waterproof. At the top of the list are our most popular and lowest priced paper labels. They are made with a high quality paper material and a permanent adhesive. They are suitable for use with laser and inkjet printers or for handwriting. We offer a range of label shapes including rectangles, circles, ovals, and squares.
We also supply paper labels with a range of finishes and adhesives to suit different applications.
Paper labels are not waterproof; however, our semi-gloss and gloss paper labels for laser printers have a splashproof coating. This makes them ideal product labels, which can be wiped clean and dry if lightly splashed. Our freezer adhesive is designed for labelling frozen food (and other items stored in freezer conditions, such as medical supplies). While the paper face material may be slightly damaged by condensation, most freezer applications do not support the economic cost of using a more expensive material. Our wash off adhesive is a great way to label reusable food and drink containers, while our opaque adhesive can be used to cover up or block out existing print. Our translucent paper material is semi transparent, which means it can be used to create a "no label" look or as a crafting material.
We also supply a choice of permanent or removable paper labels. Our removable adhesives are designed for temporary applications, where a label can be removed cleanly and easily once it is no longer needed. We supply a standard removable adhesive and a super removable adhesive (designed specifically for delicate materials, such as glass and paper, or antiques). Our high tack adhesive provides excellent adhesion for paper labels that should be very difficult to remove or that are to be used to label unusual materials and/or surface types (e.g. curved surfaces).

Choosing And Using Paper Labels

Paper labels are the most popular and common type of labelling product. They are the most budget friendly, easy to print option and are available in the widest range of label sizes – usually from stock.

We supply over 100 label sizes of paper labels; all of these sizes are available to order in 25 sheet packs or 500 sheet boxes for same day despatch from stock (large volume quantities may take longer).

Paper labels are suitable for thousands of different applications and can be printed using standard inkjet and laser printers. Our products are made with high quality matt white paper and a standard permanent adhesive.

Our paper labels are available in a range of shapes including rectangles (with rounded or square cut corners), circles, ovals, and squares.
