Product Information
- We currently stock two label sizes that are compatible with the Royal Mail’s Click & Drop ™ system. Both sizes are supplied on A4 sheets of standard matt white paper with rounded corners and a permanent adhesive. They can be printed using either an inkjet or a laser printer, and are suitable for handwriting.
- Our LP4/105 label size works with the A4 separate label & despatch note template (with 1, 2, or 4 labels per page). Our LP14/99 label size works with Royal Mail's Basic Barcodes option.
- If you would like to use Royal Mail's A4 Integrated label & despatch note template, you can use any of the following sizes: LP1/210, LP1/210V, or LP2/210.
Common Uses
- Click & Drop ™ labels – these labels are compatible in size and layout to those required by the Royal Mail’s Click & Drop ™ system. Individuals and businesses can use this service to print their own postage and address information for envelopes and parcels.
- Address labels and shipping labels – in addition to being used with the Click & Drop ™ system, these labels are also ideal general purpose address labels and shipping labels for adding delivery and handling instructions to all kinds of postal items. They can also be used to personalise mail with individual messages and images for a variety of special occasions (e.g. birthdays, weddings, Christmas etc).
- Branding and marketing – branding envelopes and parcels is a quick and easy way to boost brand awareness. Labels can be printed in brand colour or a logo can be added. They can also be used on non-postal items, including products, packaging, and marketing materials, such as sales brochures and leaflets. Information about on-going or upcoming promotions and events can be added to remind existing customers or inform potential customers of available offers and services.
