[1] Small Orders (fewer than 500 sheets)
These labels are held in stock, at Label Planet in 25 sheet packs, ready for despatch!
Orders placed before 4pm, are sent same working day via first class post or next day carrier depending on their weight.
(We use a carrier service for 250+ sheets of paper labels and 200+ sheets of synthetic labels).

First class post usually arrives within seven working days. In their latest report for 2023/24 (released May 2024 *), Royal Mail stated that 74.5% of first class items were delivered next day.

[2] Large Standard Paper Orders (500 sheets or more)
These labels are normally held in stock, at Label Planet or our manufacturers, ready for despatch.
Orders for standard white paper products with permanent adhesive, placed before 3pm, despatch same or next working day by next working day carrier.
(Please call or email if your order is urgent so that we can check the availability of stock.)

[3] Large Orders Of Other Products (500 sheets or more)
We cannot stock our full range of products. Products that we do not stock are made to order.
Orders for all other materials and sizes, placed before 3pm, take up to five working days for despatch by next working day carrier.
(Please call if your order is urgent or you need a more specific delivery date.)

If you need your labels to arrive quickly, are ordering late, or need a guaranteed delivery date, please call us on 01270 668076.
For small orders (fewer than 500 sheets), Royal Mail’s Special Delivery Guaranteed is available online as you order. Order by 4pm to guarantee same day despatch.

We despatch all orders as soon as possible and will always do our best to supply the labels you need. Sometimes we can send smaller amounts to keep you going while you wait for your main order to arrive.
