Is there an express delivery option?
Answer:
Yes! We have a variety of options to choose from; these special delivery options have an additional shipping charge, which is the fee that we pay to the Royal Mail/our carrier service provider. These options include Royal Mail special deliveries (1pm, 9am) and timed carrier deliveries (pre-10:30am, pre-noon). Only small orders can be upgraded to a next (working) day delivery option online (by 1pm) – all other orders and special delivery options must be upgraded or requested by phone.
