When will my labels arrive?
Answer:
If your order is urgent, our Customer Service Team is on hand (Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm) to provide you with despatch and delivery estimates and to help you choose the best shipping option to make sure your labels arrive before your deadline.
- Small orders (25-200 sheets) are despatched same day via Royal Mail’s first class service (up to 4pm, Monday-Friday), with options to upgrade to guaranteed next day delivery available online or by phone.
- Medium orders of stocked items (250-475 sheets) are despatched same day via next (working) day carrier service (up to 3pm, Monday-Friday) with some timed delivery services available to request by phone.
- Large orders and made to order items (500+ sheets) are despatched via next (working) day carrier service (up to 3pm, Monday-Friday) where stock is available; made to order items will be made and despatched within five working days (standard paper products usually despatch much sooner).
Large orders to Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Islands With UK Postcodes, and some “Extended Postcode” regions will be despatched on a 2-3 day carrier service (up to 3pm, Monday-Friday).
According to their latest report for 2023/24 (released May 2024), Royal Mail delivered 74.5% of first class items on the next working day. We advise that items should arrive within 7 working days.
