Adhesive (Emulsion) - What is an emulsion adhesive?
Definition of EMULSION ADHESIVE:
Adhesives that are made using a liquid as the adhesive carrier or vehicle during coating. The adhesive components are dispersed throughout a liquid (e.g. water), which allows the adhesive to be coated in liquid form before the emulsion liquid is evaporated to leave the adhesive components behind. When the emulsion liquid is water, these adhesives may be referred to as water-based, waterborne, or aqueous adhesives.
