Frozen Edge - What does frozen edge mean?
Definition of FROZEN EDGE:
A defect in pressure sensitive labels that is characterised by the failure of a label to detach from the backing sheet along one of its edges. This usually happens when there is an absence of release coating on that particular part of the backing sheet; the adhesive layer sticks to the backing sheet, preventing the label from being removed.
