Definition of GRADE:
A system used to classify different types of paper based on a number of key properties including the appearance, characteristics, manufacturing process, and intended end use of the material. These properties include a wide variety of qualities, such as abrasiveness and abrasion resistance, absorbancy, basis weight, brightness, colour, durability, finish (including any coatings), flexibility, opacity or transparency, raw materials used, performance, porosity, stability, and surface strength.
