Definition of KISS CUT:

In labelling, a die cutting operation that cuts a label shape through all of the layers in a label construction except for the backing sheet. This method of die cutting produces individual labels that are carried on the same backing sheet. The backing sheet can then be cut or perforated to produce the labels in their finished form; sheet, roll, or fan-fold.

Star stickers that have been kiss cut; kiss cut means that a die cuts through all of the layers in a label construction except the backing sheet. This allows individual stickers to be removed from a sheet or roll of labels.
