Uncoated Paper - What is uncoated paper?
Definition of UNCOATED PAPER:
Paper that has not had a final layer or coating applied during the manufacturing process; this paper is finished by being cut to the required size and its appearance and properties are determined by the natural characteristics of the materials used to create the web. Uncoated paper is also sometimes used to refer to paper that is intended for use as a face material but has not yet had an adhesive layer applied.
