Inkjet Labels - Choose from the ranges below

Inkjet printing relies on inks drying in the correct place to create the required printed image. Inkjet labels are made with materials with a slightly absorbent surface, which helps to ensure that the ink dries in the exact place it is needed, improving print accuracy and quality.

All of our material lists include a column indicating if each product is compatible with laser printers or inkjet printers (or both). Some of our inkjet labels can be printed with both laser and inkjet printers. However, if you use an inkjet printer to print a material intended for laser printers only, the ink won't dry properly.

We often get asked if we supply waterproof inkjet labels. These requests usually come from customers starting small businesses, who only have access to a home printer (usually an inkjet). A number of our inkjet labels are waterproof BUT inkjet print is not waterproof. This is because inkjet inks tend to be water based and so will run or smudge when they get wet or are handled. If you need waterproof print, we strongly recommend using a laser printer. However, we do supply fully waterproof inkjet labels in the form of our MWPP range. This product is not compatible with all inkjet models / inks so we require customers to request a sample before ordering.
