Here's how to go about returning items that you have purchased from Label Planet.
We hope that our customers find all of our products to be just what they were looking for. But we also know that sometimes things just aren’t quite right, so if you find that you need to return an item to Label Planet this is how it works.
First, make sure you get in touch!
Send us an email or give us a call to explain the situation. Where possible, we will try to offer a solution to any issue with your items. If you do need to return an item, we will then talk you through the steps to complete a return.
Second, decide what kind of return you prefer.
Where possible, we will offer our customers the choice of receiving either a REFUND or a REPLACEMENT.
FOR REFUNDS:
- We will assign a goods return number to your order – this number should be put on or in the package you are returning
- Send your package back to us at Unit 2, Alvaston Business Park, Middlewich Road, Nantwich, Cheshire, CW5 6PF
- Once your order is delivered back to us, we will use the goods return number to confirm the details of the return and process your refund
[For orders placed online, the refund will be processed directly back to the card or account used to make the order. For orders placed over the phone, we will need to contact you by phone to get your card details so that we can complete the refund.]
FOR REPLACEMENTS:
We have two ways of processing replacements.
If you need your replacements urgently we divide the return into two parts:
- Place a new order for the replacements so they can be despatched as soon as possible.
- Send your original goods back, along with your goods return number, and we will process a refund for the original order once it has been delivered to us.
If you have time to wait for your replacements:
- Send your original goods back, along with your goods return number, and we will despatch the replacements once the original order has been delivered to us.
[Please note that if you request replacements that cost more than the original order you will need to pay the additional amount and if your replacements cost less than the original order we will refund the difference for you.]
