Matt Silver Security Void Polyester Labels For Laser Printing

• This range is made of matt silver metallic polyester with a special VOID adhesive; supplied on A4 sheets, it is suitable for laser printers only.
• SVP is designed specifically for security applications where it helps to improve the security of high or added value products. It can do this by acting as a visual deterrent against theft, providing a security seal on packaging, or providing proof of warranty.
• SVP is an example of a "tamper evident" label because it provides visual evidence that someone has tampered with an item. Our SVP range is made with a partial transfer VOID adhesive. When a label is removed (either partially or entirely), the adhesive layer splits in two, which leaves a VOID message behind on both the label itself and the labelled item.

• Secure high or added value goods – this range is designed to deter thieves by providing visual evidence that an item has been tampered with or opened. If someone tries to remove SVP, the void adhesive will clearly mark the item as previously having a label from another individual, business, or company. This can help to deter anyone who intends to resell products – whether they have been stolen or legitimately purchased (with the intention of reselling the items under another name or brand).
• Sealing product packaging – if it is not possible, appropriate, or desirable to label a product or item directly, SVP can be used to seal the packaging that these items are stored or sold in. Once someone removes the seal to access the contents of the box, both the packaging and the seal are marked with the VOID message, which means it is clear that the packaging has been tampered with and the individual cannot simply reseal the packaging to hide the fact that the item has been opened.
• Adding a warranty mark or seal – VOID adhesives are a simple way to add a warranty mark or seal. Many high or added value goods are sold with a warranty; if a product is tampered with in a certain way, SVP provides a visual reminder that the warranty has been voided by an individual’s actions or treatment of the product. This is most commonly done for high value appliances and electronic devices.
