We are glad to hear you are pleased with your labels but sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the delivery service.
Your order was despatched on the next working day after it was placed and was delivered by Royal Mail's first class service within five working days of despatch.
Usually, we advise that the majority of first class mail arrives next day but can take up to five working days to arrive. At the moment, there are some delays with the Royal Mail service due to the coronavirus pandemic so items may take up to seven working days.
If you need to receive your order urgently, we do offer a next day delivery option. At the moment, Royal Mail are not guaranteeing that items will be delivered by 1pm but are aiming to ensure all next day items do arrive on the next working day.
