I did not need to contact customer services...

I did not need to contact customer services so I cannot say yay or nay. The label quality is good and they stick well however, the downloadable stencils for the relevant label pages are not that easy to use. You need to have a fair bit of knowledge to place text & graphics within the label "area" in order to print it out correctly but otherwise, great!

Rather a last-minute order, but I'm delighted I contacted LabelPlanet. They organised the labels and they were delivered slightly earlier than I had hoped, which was great. Plan to you again .

Repeat customer, happy as always! Great selection of not just labels (can spend hours looking and wondering if I can find a use for something I see), but loads of templates, in a variety of formats. Prices are low and shipping is quick. Will continue to be a customer. Thanks y'all!

These are the best freezer labels I have...

These are the best freezer labels I have ever had. Very sticky but easy to remove. I use them on plastic containers in my freezer which I fill with portions from batch cooking, or on anything else which needs a label. They stick fast, unlike previous labels I have had. A real winner and great value.

I ordered freezer labels (LP14/99 DF) from Label Planet and they arrived quickly. I have used them to label frozen bread in out local food bank and the labels stay on very well, whether the bread is labelled before or after freezing. I am very pleased with the freezer labels.

Superb!!! and i think they know it - always what we order and what we need delivered on time and quickly - plus the pricing is very very competitive, quality never in doubt - consistent high quality - we have been ordering from LP for 4 years without issue.

Perfect, I never buy from anywhere else, I haven't even checked other places for years. I phoned as I needed help with a label template, I am hopeless at it, very helpful and friendly on the phone and emailed me the information I needed within a couple of minutes

Been using Label Planet for just over 4 years, regularly ordering and as always - pleasure using Label Planet - so easy to search, find, order the right item first time and simple payment options, helpful tips and templates - A proper hassle free online store - so good that I have never had to contact their customer service (probably a great team waiting...) - and great pricing! beware of the pretenders and copy cats trying to emulate Label Planet
