The labels were of excellent quality, and a pleasure to use. However, the speed of delivery was not as expected. It said on the website that my order would be sent that day by first class post. However, it only arrived a week later. This happened on two occasions. (This was during the busy December season. Perhaps the service is speedier during the rest of the year.)

Was very impressed with the turnaround time. Also the fact that the labels came in a box ( it was only a small order) it meant that they were in pristine condition, no creased corners etc. Will definitely order from labelplanet again
