After waiting over 7 days for delivery of...

After waiting over 7 days for delivery of these labels at £10.50 I went to the Range store in town and bought the exact same pack of labels for £2.99 so your labels are way to expensive and won't be getting any more custom from me.

We are sorry to hear that there was a delay with your order. Your order was despatched via our standard delivery service, which uses Royal Mail's first class service. Generally, this service is reliable with around 93% of first class items arriving next day. Unfortunately, Royal Mail do not guarantee next day delivery and so we do advise customers that this service can take up to five working days.

For this reason we offer a guaranteed next day delivery service, which allows customers to ensure that their labels will arrive in plenty of time.

We are not the cheapest supplier of labels, nor are we the most expensive. We aim to provide our customers with the best possible range of high quality products at great value prices; all of our labels are independently manufactured in the UK using high quality materials and manufacturing processes and we provide additional customer support and free resources such as our sample request service and our label templates.
